About the role
Review and triage Level 1 transaction monitoring, KYT, sanctions, PEP, and adverse media alerts, including fiat-to-crypto, crypto-to-crypto, and high-value OTC activity. Document findings, escalate suspicious or complex cases to senior analysts, and maintain effective handovers across a 24/7 rotational schedule. Requires 1–3 years of experience in AML operations, blockchain analytics, or financial crime compliance, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Candidates must be willing to work rotating night, weekend, and public-holiday shifts; knowledge of blockchain, crypto wallets, and transaction structures is preferred.
