About the role
Coordinate FILMCHAIN’s company establishment and administrative setup in Portugal, including corporate, tax, financial, and professional-service arrangements. Assess blockchain and fintech regulatory obligations, establish ongoing compliance processes, coordinate specialists, and report progress and risks to the founder. Candidates should have demonstrable experience in fintech, blockchain, crypto-asset, or financial-services compliance, strong knowledge of EU regulation—particularly MiCA—and familiarity with Portuguese business establishment. They should be able to research regulatory requirements, coordinate external professionals, create practical implementation plans, and work independently in a remote early-stage environment.
