Business Compliance Manager (Crypto)

About the role

Partner with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to advise on crypto and consumer regulations, support product approvals and launches, and review customer communications and marketing materials. Oversee post-launch reviews, translate regulatory changes into practical requirements, and support ongoing compliance monitoring and consumer-protection measures. Requires at least five years of regulatory compliance experience, strong ability to interpret and apply regulations in a business context, and experience in a relevant financial, crypto, technology, or consulting organization. Candidates should understand VARA regulations and UAE federal laws, be adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and ideally have crypto product knowledge and familiarity with MiFID or similar directives.
