About the role
Lead the compliance strategy and roadmap for Ria’s stablecoin services, advising Product, Technology, and Business teams on products from concept through launch. Build and oversee crypto AML/CTF and sanctions controls, tooling, monitoring, regulatory engagement, and risk reporting across US and international operations. Requires at least seven years of AML/CTF, financial crime, or regulatory compliance experience, including hands-on crypto or digital asset work. Candidates need strong knowledge of crypto and fiat payments risks, US and international regulatory frameworks, and experience with blockchain analytics and crypto custody or settlement infrastructure.
