About the role
The Compliance Manager will design and maintain regulatory frameworks for crypto and fiat payments, focusing on AML/KYC and sanctions screening. They will also handle regulatory inquiries, conduct internal audits, and collaborate with product teams to embed compliance into new initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or Risk Management and at least 3 years of compliance experience in fintech or crypto. Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is required, along with knowledge of Hong Kong SFC regulations.
