Head of Compliance- Crypto

About the role

Lead and continuously improve the firm's independent compliance function, including governance, regulatory relationships, reporting, policies, risk-based monitoring, testing, and remediation. Oversee conduct and financial crime controls, approve products and marketing materials, deliver compliance training, and promote a strong compliance culture. A bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related discipline and at least five years of relevant compliance experience are required; eight or more years and a master's degree or recognized compliance credential are preferred. Candidates need strong virtual asset, AML/CFT, and FATF knowledge, experience with compliance systems and regulators, and must meet fit-and-proper, independence, full-time employment, and due-diligence conditions.
