About the role
Partner with product, technology, and growth teams as a first-line compliance adviser to support UK crypto products, launches, rollouts, and customer communications. Translate regulatory changes into practical requirements, conduct post-launch reviews and horizon scanning, and support ongoing compliance monitoring while enabling compliant business delivery. Requires at least seven years of regulatory compliance experience and expertise in interpreting and applying regulations in a business context. Candidates should have experience in a relevant financial, crypto, technology, or consulting organization, understand the interaction between compliance and business risk, and be adaptable under pressure while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
