About the role
Advise on legal and compliance matters involving cryptoassets and financial products, draft customer-facing legal documents, and manage regulatory requirements and applications. Partner with Product and Commercial teams to develop compliant offerings and engage with regulators. Requires at least six years of post-qualification experience, qualification as a lawyer in England and Wales, Ireland, or an EU Member State, and experience advising on cryptoassets. Candidates should have strong knowledge of financial legislation and regulatory frameworks, excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to make decisions amid ambiguity.
