About the role
Advise banks, financial services firms, and asset managers on capital markets compliance and crypto asset regulations, and lead projects to transform and digitize business models and compliance processes. Develop compliance services and client initiatives, support regulatory implementation, build stakeholder networks, and guide colleagues through project work and training. A degree in law, economics, social sciences, or a comparable field is required; a doctorate is welcomed. Candidates need at least four years of experience in capital markets compliance and/or crypto asset regulation, strong German and English skills at C1 level or higher, and ideally experience with trading or compliance IT systems and financial instruments.
