About the role
Partner with Product, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams to review, advise on, and support the design, testing, launch, and enhancement of crypto products and services. Develop compliance frameworks, review customer and marketing communications, provide regulatory guidance, and support examinations, inquiries, filings, testing, and monitoring. Requires at least seven years of financial services experience, including experience supporting crypto products in compliance, risk, legal, audit, or operations, as well as brokerage product experience. Candidates need knowledge of AML, sanctions, financial crimes, consumer protection, DeFi, and MiFID requirements, along with strong project management and communication skills; familiarity with MiCA and traditional brokerage is a plus.
