About the role
Draft and negotiate derivatives, collateral, prime brokerage, clearing, exchange access, and custody documentation, and advise on OTC and exchange-traded transactions involving crypto derivatives and tokenised products. Assess custody, asset segregation, settlement, and counterparty insolvency risks, and develop templates and negotiation playbooks as the business grows. Must be a qualified lawyer with law firm training and around five years of post-qualification experience, with flexibility either side. Requires strong traditional finance derivatives knowledge and hands-on ISDA and collateral negotiation experience; exposure to crypto, blockchain, or tokenisation is valued but not essential.
