Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial and brokerage agreements while providing legal support for new product launches in equities and digital assets. Monitor regulatory developments and provide commercially focused legal guidance to senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. Qualified lawyer with 6-10 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or in-house team. Must have strong expertise in capital markets, fintech, and securities regulation with a proven ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives.
