Compliance Crypto-Asset Senior Specialist

About the role

Monitor and interpret Italian and European regulations for digital assets, assess market and technology developments, and advise business initiatives on applicable requirements. Lead regulatory analysis and gap assessments, help design and strengthen operational processes and controls, prepare specialist compliance opinions, and support interactions with regulatory authorities. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in compliance, legal, risk management, or internal control at a financial intermediary, fintech, or crypto-asset business, with strong knowledge of MiCAR, the DLT Pilot Regime, the Fintech Decree, and related European regulations. A degree in economics, law, engineering, or a related discipline is required; crypto-asset, digital-asset, or blockchain specialization is preferred, along with regulatory project experience, autonomy, and excellent written and spoken English.
