Senior Legal Counsel - Crypto / DeFi

About the role

Manage legal, regulatory, compliance, and operational activities across the firm, including licensing, cross-jurisdictional structures, fund governance, and commercial transactions. Advise on existing and new products, oversee entity governance and privacy matters, and support strategic execution across multiple jurisdictions. Requires at least five years of legal and operations experience in crypto, asset management, or financial services, along with strong knowledge of financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Candidates should have experience with fund and entity structuring, cross-border operations, commercial contracts, offshore fund structures, and working with external counsel and regulators.
