About the role

Advise banks, financial services firms, and asset managers on capital markets compliance and crypto asset regulations, and lead projects to transform and digitize compliance processes. Develop client proposals and regulatory initiatives, expand compliance services and industry networks, and support colleagues through project leadership and training. A degree in law, economics, social sciences, or a comparable field is required; a doctorate is welcomed. Candidates need at least four years of experience in capital markets compliance and/or crypto asset regulation, strong German and English communication skills at C1 level or higher, and experience with trading or compliance IT systems and financial instruments is advantageous.
