About the role
Maintain the AML/ATF compliance program, assess and report suspicious or otherwise reportable activity, trace digital asset transactions, and tune monitoring controls. Develop and operationalize policies, training, and scalable controls while partnering with Operations, Technology, Treasury, Product, and the Chief Compliance Officer. Candidates should have 1–3+ years of progressive compliance, AML, or financial crime experience in digital assets, including experience with blockchain analytics tools and Canadian-regulated AML/ATF programs. They should understand Canadian AML requirements and digital asset risks, and be able to translate regulations into practical processes, communicate clearly, and exercise sound judgment.
