About the role
Serve as product counsel for onchain products, advising Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams on legal and regulatory risks from early design through launch. Track regulatory developments across jurisdictions, review partnership contracts, and help align legal strategy and develop frameworks for new onchain markets and products. Requires 4 or more years of relevant legal experience and a background in securities, derivatives, or financial services law, with substantive experience advising on self-custody wallets, decentralized exchanges, or tokenized assets. Candidates should be comfortable navigating evolving regulations across jurisdictions, communicating clearly with non-legal teams, balancing risk with product speed, and using current AI tools for legal research and drafting.
