About the role
You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance strategies, including risk assessments and regulatory reporting, for clients in the crypto industry. Additionally, you will advise internal teams and liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to standards like MiCAR, AML, and GDPR. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, finance, or business and possess at least 7 years of experience in a compliance role. In-depth knowledge of crypto-related regulations and blockchain technology is mandatory, along with the ability to work in the Netherlands without visa support.
