About the role
Lead RedotPay’s UK regulatory strategy, including FCA EMI authorisation and VASP registration, and serve as the appointed MLRO where required. Develop and oversee AML/CFT controls across customer due diligence, blockchain transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, SAR reporting, risk assessments, and board reporting. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4–7 years of compliance or MLRO experience at a UK-authorised EMI, PI, or regulated cryptoasset firm. Candidates need expert knowledge of UK AML, e-money, FCA, cryptoasset, and Travel Rule requirements, hands-on experience with compliance and blockchain analytics tools, and must be UK-based or willing to relocate.
