About the role
Design and maintain the AML/CFT framework, manage STR/SAR reporting and regulatory filings, and oversee compliance controls, governance, and risk assessments for CASP operations. Liaise with regulators, auditors, banking partners, and internal teams while monitoring regulatory developments and supporting compliance training. Candidates should have strong knowledge of MiCA, CASP, and EU regulations, along with practical experience in crypto-asset business models and blockchain-related AML risks. The role requires the ability to own compliance end-to-end; experience at a startup fintech, EMI, or CASP and a relevant fit-and-proper assessment are also sought.
