About the role
Advise on legal and compliance matters involving cryptoassets and financial products, draft customer-facing legal documents, and manage regulatory requirements and applications. Partner with Product and Commercial teams to develop compliant offerings, meet financial services regulations, and engage with local regulators. Applicants must be a qualified lawyer admitted in England and Wales, Ireland, or an EU Member State, with at least six years of post-qualification experience and a strong academic and law firm background. They should have experience advising on cryptoassets, knowledge of financial legislation such as FSMA (RAO) and MiFID, and strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
