About the role
Partner with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to advise on crypto and consumer regulations, support product approvals and launches, and review customer communications and marketing materials. Own post-launch reviews, translate regulatory developments into practical requirements, and support ongoing compliance monitoring and consumer-protection measures. Requires at least five years of regulatory compliance experience, strong ability to interpret and apply regulations in a business context, and experience in a relevant financial, crypto, technology, or consulting organization. Candidates should understand VARA regulations and UAE federal laws, with crypto product knowledge and familiarity with MiFID considered advantageous.
