SMF16 Regulatory Compliance Manager (Crypto)

About the role

Act as the UK cryptoasset SMF16 and develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks, training, policies, and regulatory controls. Support licensing applications, advise on product launches and operational compliance, and manage interactions with regulators. Candidates need compliance risk management experience and an understanding of digital asset products, regulatory gap analysis, and policy implementation. They should be able to manage multiple projects under pressure, communicate effectively with regulators and internal teams, and demonstrate strong analytical, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
