About the role
Lead fraud prevention, AML, and fund flow risk strategy across fiat and crypto activities, including onboarding, payments, trading, and on-chain transfers. Build scalable risk systems and decision frameworks, use blockchain intelligence and data to guide account actions, and lead teams in collaboration with the Philippines Risk & AML team and global partners. Requires 8+ years of experience in fraud risk, AML, payments risk, or risk strategy, including 3+ years in leadership, with strong expertise in payment fraud, AML, fiat transaction flows, and crypto risk. Candidates should have experience tracing fund flows and making account-level risk decisions, hands-on experience with Elliptic or similar tools, strong SQL skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional and regional teams.
