About the role
Lead the compliance strategy and roadmap for Ria’s stablecoin services, advising Product, Technology, and Business teams on products and translating regulatory requirements into practical controls. Build and oversee crypto AML/CTF and sanctions programs, tooling, monitoring, risk reporting, and engagement with regulators, auditors, vendors, and senior leadership. Requires at least seven years of AML/CTF, financial crime, or regulatory compliance experience, including hands-on crypto or digital asset work and strong knowledge of both blockchain-based risks and traditional payments compliance. Candidates should understand US and international crypto regulations and have experience with blockchain analytics tools and crypto custody or settlement infrastructure.
