Compliance Lead - Stablecoin Fintech

About the role

Design and maintain the firm’s AML/CFT framework, policies, controls, governance, and risk assessments for its CASP activities, while managing STR/SAR reporting and regulatory filings. Liaise with regulators, auditors, banking partners, and other stakeholders, monitor regulatory developments, and provide compliance guidance and training to internal teams. Candidates should have strong knowledge of MiCA, CASP, and EU regulations, along with practical experience in crypto-asset business models and blockchain-related AML risks. The role requires the ability to own the compliance function end-to-end; experience at a fintech, EMI, or CASP and a relevant fit-and-proper assessment are expected, while familiarity with blockchain analytics and travel rule tools is highly desirable.
