About the role
Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex commercial agreements and strategic partnerships, while advising business teams on legal risks and commercial objectives. Support corporate governance, financing initiatives, and the development of scalable legal templates, processes, and workflows. Requires a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school, active New York Bar admission, and 4–8 years of relevant experience focused on commercial contracts with a foundation in corporate matters. Candidates should have strong negotiation and drafting skills, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to work independently with senior stakeholders; fintech or digital asset experience is helpful but not required.
