About the role
Review investment and trading product launches and changes, design controls for trading, brokerage, and wealth operations, and conduct reviews of market conduct, suitability, appropriateness, and disclosures. Support regulatory examinations, audits, and governance, collaborate with Product and other stakeholders, and monitor regulatory developments in investments, securities, and crypto. Candidates need experience in compliance, market conduct, brokerage, or trading oversight, along with knowledge of investment products, trading platforms, and related regulations. They must be able to guide and challenge Product teams pragmatically and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
