About the role
The Senior Counsel will provide proactive legal guidance for stablecoin enablement and lead the structuring and negotiation of commercial agreements with strategic partners. They will also monitor global legal developments in digital assets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant product launches. Candidates must have significant legal experience in payments, financial technology, and digital assets, with a strong ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks. A JD or equivalent legal qualification with active bar membership is required for this role.
