Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel - Stablecoin Payments

About the role

Own and negotiate commercial agreements, partnering with Sales and Partnerships to structure and close deals while balancing business goals with legal and regulatory risk. Advise teams across product, technology, regulatory expansion, corporate, employment, data protection, and other legal matters, while building scalable legal processes and supporting the growth of the Legal function. Candidates should have 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, strong commercial contracting and negotiation skills, and experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or technology. They should demonstrate sound commercial judgment, strong communication, independence, stakeholder confidence, and interest in stablecoins and digital assets; a mix of private practice and in-house experience is preferred.
