About the role
Advise banks, financial services firms, and asset managers on capital markets compliance and crypto asset regulations, and lead multidisciplinary projects to transform and digitize compliance processes. Develop client proposals and regulatory initiatives, expand compliance services and industry networks, and support colleagues’ professional development. A degree in law, economics, social sciences, or a comparable field is required; a doctorate is welcomed. Candidates need at least four years of experience in capital markets compliance and/or crypto asset regulation, with experience using trading or compliance IT systems and knowledge of financial products considered advantageous; German and English proficiency at C1 level or higher is required.
