About the role
Lead fraud prevention, AML, and fund flow risk strategy across fiat and crypto, including onboarding, payments, trading, and on-chain transactions. Build scalable risk systems and decision frameworks, guide account-level actions, optimize monitoring tools, and lead cross-functional teams in collaboration with the Philippines Risk & AML team. Requires 8+ years of experience in fraud risk, AML, payments risk, or risk strategy, including 3+ years in leadership, with proven experience in payment or fiat transaction risk. Candidates should have expertise in fraud and AML, be able to trace fiat and crypto fund flows and make risk decisions, and bring experience with Elliptic or similar tools, SQL, and distributed teams.
