About the role
Lead end-to-end fraud, AML, and fund-flow risk strategy across fiat and crypto, including payment flows, on-chain monitoring, and account-level risk decisions. Build scalable risk systems and data-driven controls while leading teams and coordinating execution with the Philippines Risk & AML team and global partners. Requires 8+ years of experience in fraud risk, AML, payments risk, or risk strategy, including 3+ years in leadership, with proven experience in payments, crypto, fintech, or fiat transaction risk. Candidates should have strong fraud and AML expertise, be able to trace fiat and crypto fund flows and guide account actions, have experience with Elliptic or similar tools, and possess strong SQL skills; Python is preferred.
