About the role
Oversee legal and compliance for Web3 institutional technical services, including business model design and risk identification in asset management and clearing. Draft commercial agreements and manage global regulatory compliance, including AML/KYC and overseas licensing. Requires a bachelor's degree in law and at least 5 years of experience in corporate legal or law firms, specifically within Web3, TradFi, or payments. Must be fluent in English and capable of independently managing the entire legal module for cross-border operations.
