About the role
Provide legal advice and support for new Web3 products, features, and marketing materials while monitoring regulatory developments. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, internal policies, and terms of service while managing external counsel. Requires 8-15 years of post-qualification experience in blockchain and decentralized Web3 products. U.S. Bar admission is strongly preferred along with excellent drafting and communication skills.
