About the role
Design and maintain compliance policies for crypto and fiat payments while leading AML/KYC and sanctions screening programs. Collaborate with internal teams to embed compliance into new initiatives and handle regulatory inquiries and audits. Requires a bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or Risk Management with at least 2 years of compliance experience in fintech or banking. Must have strong knowledge of Hong Kong SFC regulations and fluency in English and Chinese.
