About the role
Serve as product counsel for Robinhood's onchain products, advising Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams on legal and regulatory risks from early design through launch. Review partnership contracts, track regulatory developments across jurisdictions, and help develop consistent legal strategies and frameworks for new onchain products and markets. Requires 4 or more years of relevant legal experience and a background in securities, derivatives, or financial services law, with substantive experience advising on self-custody wallets, decentralized exchanges, or tokenized assets. Candidates should be comfortable with evolving regulations across jurisdictions, communicate clearly with non-legal partners, balance legal risk with product speed, and have experience using current AI tools for legal research and drafting.
