About the role
Advise on legal and compliance matters related to cryptoassets and financial products, draft customer-facing legal documents, and manage regulatory requirements and applications. Partner with Product and Commercial teams to develop compliant offerings and engage proactively with regulators. Requires at least six years of post-qualification experience and qualification as a lawyer in England and Wales, Ireland, or an EU Member State. Candidates should have strong academic and law firm credentials, cryptoasset advisory experience, knowledge of financial legislation and regulatory frameworks, and excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
