About the role
Support the legal team with contracts, research, and corporate records while managing Delaware-based filings and correspondence. Coordinate with international teams, outside counsel, and regulators to ensure regulatory deadlines and licensing requirements are met. Requires 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably with familiarity in fintech, crypto, or financial services. Candidates must be based in Delaware and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
