About the role
Provide privacy and data governance counsel for the integration of a stablecoin infrastructure business into a global payments company. Lead privacy-by-design reviews, data mapping, and risk assessments while managing cross-border data flows and regulatory compliance. Requires a mid-to-senior privacy lawyer with over 7 years of experience in data protection or regulatory advisory, preferably within fintech or blockchain. Must be proficient in GDPR, GLBA, and US state privacy laws with experience in post-acquisition remediation.
