About the role
The Senior Specialist will perform Level 2 escalation reviews for sanctions-related alerts in fiat and cryptocurrency and provide guidance on sanctions laws for financial crime investigations. They will also assist in drafting compliance policies, monitoring regulatory changes, and mentoring team members on crypto-related workflows. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of sanctions-related experience within a financial institution or government agency. Practical experience with blockchain analytics tools and a strong working knowledge of OFAC and BSA/AML regulations are required.
