Regulatory Affairs Manager (Crypto)

About the role

Manage regulatory communications and supervisory engagement for Revolut’s UK crypto entity, including FCA enquiries, information requests, visits, notifications, and incident updates. Monitor UK crypto regulatory changes, coordinate positions across jurisdictions, prepare reports and training, and build scalable compliance processes. Requires at least four years of compliance or risk experience at a regulated financial services firm, fintech, or regulator, along with direct experience engaging UK regulators and managing FCA supervisory relationships. Candidates should have deep knowledge of the UK regulatory environment and cryptoasset rules, understand digital assets and financial infrastructure, and demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder, project management, and problem-solving skills.
