About the role

Investigate cryptocurrency-related sanctions alerts and assess direct and indirect exposure using blockchain analytics tools, documenting findings and escalating potential violations. Collaborate across compliance, legal, engineering, product, and financial crimes teams while supporting audits, regulatory reviews, and improvements to investigative and screening processes. Requires at least three years of experience in financial crimes, sanctions investigations, AML compliance, or a related regulated field, along with demonstrated experience investigating cryptocurrency transactions. Candidates should understand OFAC requirements, blockchain transaction flows, and analytics platforms such as TRM Labs, Chainalysis, or Elliptic, and be able to produce clear, defensible investigative decisions.
