About the role
Lead fraud prevention, AML, and fund flow risk strategy across fiat and crypto, including payment flows, on-chain monitoring, and account-level decisions. Build scalable risk systems and data-driven controls while leading teams and collaborating with regional and global partners. Requires 8+ years of experience in fraud risk, AML, payments risk, or risk strategy, including 3+ years in leadership, with strong expertise in payment and crypto risk. Candidates should have experience tracing fiat and crypto fund flows, making account-level risk decisions, using Elliptic or similar tools, and applying SQL; Python is preferred.
